Well, we love our dogs so much that we wanted to include a dog theme with our passion for business and how to achieve Profit!


Why a website?

In our present positions, it occurred to us that we had ideas that we wanted to share.  In several conversations with clients, we realized that we needed another avenue to get our words out.  Wow!  Let's start a website!    Everyone has a computer and surfs the web. 


Why Training and Sales?

Because, we have over 50 years combined in management, sales, training and customer service in both food & repair service.  We feel today that customer service is essential in growing your business and it's profit.  Who gave you the last "WOW" experience in service? 


Why Biscuits?

Biscuits are tips!  They are articles that we feel will help in the professional & personal development for each of you that reads the article.  In our home, we offer biscuits to our dogs when they do something positive.  We wanted to add this as a positive addition to our website.
